Abstract

In developing the broiler chicken farming business, breeders do business by establishing a partnership pattern, so that breeders are assisted by the company in providing sapronak. PT. Poultry Makmur Indonesia (PT. UMI) is a broiler chicken company that was founded in 2013 by Mr. Soleh in Klaten Regency, Central Java. This company was founded when Mr. Soleh learned about the promising business potential of broiler chickens, with the expertise he had when raising them and the desire to create a livestock company. The problems that exist in the partnership of PT. UMI is the data collection and recording of feed and medicines which are still written manually in books. This is prone to human error, therefore a Web-based Feed and Drug Supply Information System will be created to streamline the recording process because the use of feed and medicines is carried out every day. Making this website-based Inventory Information System begins with data collection using observation, interview, and literature study techniques. Making an information system implemented in the form of a website. The method used is the Waterfall method. This system is built using Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and MySQL. The testing uses the Black Box, while the system design uses the PHP programming language. This information system is designed to make it easier for companies to manage inventory and provide effective information. Able to make stock reports of incoming and outgoing. The testing use a Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test to 30 respondents. The results of the Black Box Testing show that the features and menus are running well and correctly. While the results of the User Acceptance Test produce an average of 81.191%, so that this sales information system can be well received by users.
