Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Ricardian Equivalence Effect on Fiscal Policy in Indonesia in 1999–2019". The main purpose of this study is to determine whether the Ricardian Equivalence theory can be applied to fiscal policy in Indonesia, by analyzing the effect of the independent variables, namely Government Expenditures, Tax Revenues, Debts Foreign Affairs, and Exchange Rates on the independent variable, namely Economic Growth. The analytical method used in this study is time series data regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model so that it can determine the effect of the independent variables on Economic Growth in 1999–2019. namely data on government spending, tax receipts, foreign debt, and exchange rates with a 20-year period from 1999–2019.
