Abstract

The track link is an undercarriage component that functions to convert rotary motion into rolls and becomes a support for the track roller so as to allow the heavy equipment unit to run. The main components of the track link consist of: master link, regular pin, bushing, bolt and nut. Damage occurred in one of the track link components on the left of the KOMATSU PC 45 MR excavator undercarriage. To find out the cause of the occurrence of the track link component, check the track link. After checking, there is damage in the form of a broken one of the master links. To repair the damage, it is necessary to replace the old master link component with a new master link component (replace).
