Abstract

Subjective well-being encompasses how a person evaluates their own life both affectively and cognitively. During pandemis employees are required to keep working from home with optimal results, but from previous research found employees have obstacles in the process, it can have an influence on the level of subjective well-being employees. For this reason, researchers are interested in uncovering the experiences and constraints experienced by employees during WFH and uncover subjective well-being in WFH employees in pandemi times. The goal of the study was to describe the subjective well-being of employees in times of pandemis. The approach used is qualitative with a narrative descriptive strategy by Cresswell. This study used purposive sampling techniques. Respondents from this study were employees who did work from home numbered three people. Data collection is done by online interviews. Based on this study, the three respondents have subjective well-being qualities that have not been optimal, can be seen from the findings of descriptive themes that describe the inclusion of two negative cognitive themes and the dominance of negative affect such as sadness, loneliness and dilemma.
