Abstract

Obesity is a condition in which the body experiences excessive fat accumulation which can interfere with health. Obesity often occurs because the calories that enter are more than those burned through sports and normal daily activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, people are encouraged to self-quarantine and work from home work patterns that cause many people to suffer from excess weight, this is Of course, it increases the risk of complications when someone contracts the COVID-19 virus, because the body that is obese is more vulnerable when compared to patients who have a healthy body. That is an automatic dispenser that will make it easier to measure and weigh the amount of output, so that the calories to be consumed are stable and will make a diet with a healthy eating pattern easier and more practical to do. Based on this, the authors chose oatmeal which is a wheat-based food ingredient that is good for consumption to reduce weight and also reduce cholesterol levels in the body. The dispenser uses an Arduino as the main processor and an RTC module that functions to adjust the dose according to meal times, so that the calories that will be consumed are regular and maintained in number.
