Abstract

Primary education should can be easily reached from home to school. Elementary school education services in Ngargoyoso District have not been maximized, related to the needs for basic school facilities. The purposes of this research are; 1. Analyzing the distribution pattern of Elementary School facilities in Ngargoyoso District, and 2. Analyzing the fulfillment of Elementary School facilities in Ngargoyoso District. The research method uses quantitative methods. The results of the analysis are that there are 22 elementary school facilities in Ngargoyoso District, the distribution pattern of elementary school locations is uniform (dispersed) and each village already has its own primary school facilities. The radius of achievement of a maximum distance of 1 Km from elementary schools in Ngargoyoso District is quite good and is experiencing overlays in each of the nearest elementary schools. For the central and eastern areas of Segorogunung and Berjo villages it is not accessible because the area is an area on the upper slopes of Lawu Mount and is still a forest, so there are no residential areas there and for the calculation of the Gross Participation Rate of the community 98.65 percent as a whole. The Gross Participation Rate which is below the average is Dukuh and Jatirejo Villages, in addition the gross participation rate in other villages and kelurahan is already above 98.65 percent
