Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the management of distance learning at SMAN 1 Widodaren and to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors for the management of distance learning at SMAN 1 Widodaren. As well as identifying solutions to the inhibiting factors for distance learning management. This type of research uses qualitative research. The research subjects consisted of the principal, 3 teachers, and 3 students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results of distance learning management research start from lesson planning, teachers prepare online lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning media. The method used is the lecture and assignment method. Media in learning uses learning videos, Zoom and Schoology. Learning evaluation is an evaluation of attitude, knowledge, and skills assessment. The inhibiting factors for distance learning include: low competence of teachers in technology, assessment in distance learning, network constraints that are less stable during learning, lack of mastery of technology in students, low student motivation. Supporting factors for distance learning include: wifi network and quota assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture and laptops and computer laboratories for learning. Solutions to inhibiting factors include teachers attending training in forums, and attending seminars, teachers focus on one-on-one students who very rarely collect assignments and practices, if in face-to-face via Zoom students are constrained by the network the teacher will provide material on schoology, students are given an understanding of how to use the learning media and the teacher chooses the right learning method so that students' learning motivation increases.
