Abstract

Implementation of work contracts that occur between the company and workers both in writing and directly, giving rise to an employment contract agreement. In this case the company as the employer and the worker as the implementation of the work as well as the relationship between the company and workers that occurred at PT.Panen Mas Jogja. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research at PT. Panen Mas Jogja with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1) How is the implementation of a certain time work agreement between workers and PT Panen Mas Jogja? 2) What are the consequences and legal responsibilities if one of the parties defaults? The research method used is an empirical juridical research method. The type of research used is the type of empirical legal research. Sources of data include primary data, namely interviews and secondary data include primary and secondary legal sources. Methods of data collection by literature study and interviews. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive technique. From the results of the discussion and research, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) implementation of a certain time contract agreement at PT. Panen Mas Jogja is in accordance with the applicable law, even though it is related to health insurance which is not included in the employment contract. 2) Legal consequences and responsibilities of defaults by workers and companies can be held legally responsible and get compensation for damages. party that defaults.
