Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity and firm size on firm value. The method used is multiple linear regression with panel data. This study is a quantitative study that uses data from property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018 using a sample of 56 companies. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling method. The technique used in data collection is the documentation study method to obtain company annual report data that has been audited and issued by Property, Real Estate and Building Construction companies for the 2016-2018 period. The results showed that the CR variable had a significant positive effect on PBV while the ROA, DER and Firm Size variables had a significant negative effect on PBV.
