Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of administrative practices, welfare levels, counseling and training services on job satisfaction in increasing the loyalty of Plasa Telkom employees. The sample used as many as 150 respondents employees who work in the company and sampling by survey. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was used with a mediation model whose analysis method used validity and reliability tests and path analysis. The analytical tool used SPSS. The findings show that administrative practice, the level of welfare of counseling services, and training have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and employee job loyalty. Meanwhile, job satisfaction indirectly mediates administrative practice factors, the level of welfare of counseling services, and training in increasing employee loyalty.
