Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is a counntry that is very prone to disasters. Ones of the disasters that often occurs in Indonesia is landslides, which are natural events that currently have a fairly high frequency of occurrence. Landslide events are very detrimental when the landslide causes casualties in the form of loss of life as well as loss of property and human cultural products, one of the areas in Indonesia thats often occurs landslide disasters is Karanganyar Regency, especially the area on the slopes of Mount Lawu, namely Jatiyoso District which reached 22 incidents. in 2019-2020, which resulted in loss of life and material in the form of damage to houses and public facilities, therefore the identification of the risk of landslide disasters is very important, in order to be one of the mitigation efforts and minimize losses with the aim of identifying / knowing the level of vulnerability, vulnerability, capacity and analyzing the level of risk of landslides in Jatiyoso sub-district. The method used in this study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis methods using overlay and scoring data processing techniques, secondary data from relevant agencies and in determining the level of risk using the risk matrix VCA method. The units of analysis in this studys is a villages analysis in Jatiyoso sub-district. This research produces. 1) The level of vulnerability to landslides in Jatiyoso sub-district with a total of 90 units with the widest land unit having a high level of vulnerability is in the V-V-And-H land unit with an area of 662.78 ha. 2) The levels i of vulnerabilitys to landslides in Jatiyoso District only has 2 grade levels, namely the medium vulnerability level and high vulnerability, this is due to the dominance of the high level of economic and physical vulnerability in all villages in Jatiyoso District. 3) Landslide capacity level in Jatiyoso sub-district has 2 capacity level classes, namely low capacity level consisting of 2 villages namely Petung Village and Jatisawit Village, while the medium capacity level is found in 7 other villages, the presence of villages with low capacity occurs due to the absence of an early warning system , disaster signs, evacuation routes, evacuation sites, inadequate health facilities and lack of medical personnel in villages with low capacity. 4) The levels of landslide risk in Jatiyoso District consists of 2 risk levels, 2 medium risk level and 7 high risk levels, the high level of risk for landslide disasters in Jatiyoso District is due to the relatively high value of vulnerability and vulnerability which is exacerbateds by the low capacity value resulting in a high levels of risk in each villages.
