Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of the operational production process of the company CV. Rimba Sentosa. Increasingly fierce business competition requires companies to prevent waste of resources used, especially in the production process. An evaluation is needed in assessing the company's performance to prevent waste that often occurs. Operational production process evaluation is an identification process to measure or assess whether the operational production process is efficient, effective, and economical as well as goal-oriented to obtain income or results from the company's operational production activities. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. In this study, the analysis of the facts of the results of research activities and proportion testing using the method of preliminary examination, review and management control testing, as well as a detailed examination of the CV. Rimba Sentosa company is used. The results show that the operational production process at the CV. Rimba Sentosa company has efficient, effective and economical.
