Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the transaction practice of the Traveloka application at Assalam Hotel, how the Islamic Law Review on the practice of hotel message transactions using the Traveloka application, and how the customer satisfaction of Hotel Assalam Syariah with hotel payments via the application. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the management of Hotel Assalam and ten consumers. Users of the traveloka application, then secondary data was obtained through literature related to Hotel Assalam Syariah. The results of this study indicate that the transaction practice of the Traveloka application at Hotel Assalam Syariah, which is apart from being easy and practical, is fast in attracting consumers because those who access the Traveloka.com application from within and outside the country, especially Indonesia, then Review Islamic Law on the practice of Islamic hotel booking transactions. Using the Traveloka.com application or E-Commerce is allowed because this transaction is included in the as-salam sale and purchase contract, as well as consumer satisfaction with Assalam Syariah hotel payments via the Traveloka.com application based on the results of Assalam hotel consumer respondents from a total of 10 consumers, there are 7 people who I think it's easier and more satisfied with the Traveloka.com application. Researchers advise Hotel Assalam Syariah entrepreneurs to maximize their hotel marketing on the Traveloka application, not just one application but in other digital-based E-commerce applications, so that their existence is more widespread and can compete with non-sharia hotels in Indonesia.
