Abstract

Educator management is all activities carried out by educators or teachers in order to achieve certain goals. Management of educators aims to function effectively and efficiently teaching staff in order to achieve certain goals. The functions of educator management include planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. Each of these functions has aspects to be fulfilled in the implementation of educator management. While the quality of education includes inputs, processes and outputs in order to meet the expectations and needs of the community as education customers. This study aims to describe how the application of educator management at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo High School and the implications of educator management in improving the quality of education at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo High School. The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative research with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the management of educators has an impact on improving the quality of education. With good planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling the management of educators, the predetermined goal will be achieved, namely realizing SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo as the best school. The implications of educator management in improving the quality of education at Al-Azhar High School are the implementation of several academic and non-academic programs that have become superior programs that become the standard of quality education at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo High School and provide results by having quality graduates.
