Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of soft skills and work motivation on job readiness of Management Student,faculty of economics and business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta This research is a causal associative quantitative study. The population of this research is undergraduate students at the end of the management study program, with the determination of the number of samples using isaac michael tables. The research data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the research respondents as many as one hundred and seventy respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that soft skills have a positive and significant effect on student work readiness, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on student work readiness.
