Abstract

Honey is a natural liquid that has a sweet taste and contains sugars produced by bees from plant nectar. This study aims to describe the marketing pattern of honey bee products and the marketing strategy applied by PT. Honey Scouts in Gringsing District. This research uses qualitative research with case study design. The subjects in this study consisted of 3 resource persons, namely the marketing manager, the head of marketing, and the production department. Collecting data in this study by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study was tested through data triangulation methods. The stages of data analysis techniques use an interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis, this study concludes that: (1) The marketing pattern of honey bees carried out by PT Madu Pramuka Gringsing, Batang Regency is carried out by the marketing department which is divided into 2 (two) channels, namely channel I (indoor marketing), channel II (outdoor marketing). Each has different duties and responsibilities; and (2) the marketing strategy that can be carried out by PT Madu Pramuka is to apply a marketing mix which includes the 4Ps as the main elements consisting of product, price, place, promotion and added with the 3Ps as additional elements consisting of people, process, physical evidence.
