Abstract

Integrated marketing communication is a tool through which companies can use their direct or indirect efforts to inform, persuade and remind consumers about the products and brands they sell. In this Covid-19 pandemic situation, of course, several tourist objects, one of which is in Nganjat Village, namely the Tirto Kamandanu swimming pool, experienced a decrease in the number of tourist visits due to restrictions on the number of tourists, this made the manager of the water tourism object implement several strategies in this pandemic situation. The purpose of this study was to determine the integrated marketing communication strategy of Nganjat Village to increase tourist attraction in the midst of a pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, then the theory used is the theory of persuasive communication with qualitative data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the integrated marketing communication strategy carried out by Nganjat Village is by continuing to provide the best service, prioritizing friendly service to visiting tourists, always accepting criticism and suggestions from tourists, and actively marketing with the Tirto Kamandanu swimming pool website through the main media. used are Instagram and company social media, then use print media, and invite local dangdut orchestras.
