Abstract

children who are victims of domestic violence (KDRT), the obstacles that arise, and alternative solutions to overcome them in the Legal and Human Rights Council of the Regional Leadership of 'Aisyiyah Central Java. The subjects in this study were the deputy secretary and the non-litigation service division as well as serving as an advocate in the office of the Legal and Human Rights Council for the Regional Leadership of 'Aisyiyah Central Java, which handled cases of domestic violence. Data collection techniques are using interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is done by using triangulation of data collection techniques and triangulation of data sources. The data analysis used in this research is an interactive model analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Legal and Human Rights Council of the Regional Leadership of 'Aisyiyah Central Java in providing legal protection to women and children victims of domestic violence is quite good. This can be seen from the way the office of the Legal and Human Rights Council of the Regional Leadership of 'Aisyiyah Central Java provides services. There are two services in the Legal and Human Rights Council for the Regional Leadership of the Asyiyah Region, Central Java, namely litigation and non-litigation. The obstacles faced in providing legal protection to victims of domestic violence are evidence and witnesses. An alternative solution to overcome these obstacles is to provide psychologists so that they can assist members of the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership Council of Central Java in extracting information on victims. needed in the investigation process.
