Abstract

Wadiah savings are customer savings based on a deposit contract or can be called a wadiah contract where a customer takes a deposit at an unspecified time / whenever needed so it can be taken. That the research carried out aims to find out how the implementation of a wadiah contract on a savings product is at KSU Ja'far Medika Syariah Karanganyar and to be able to find out how the review in Islamic law relates to a wadiah contract in a savings product at KSU Ja'far Medika Syariah Karanganyar. The relation to the research method is the empirical juridical approach. That this juridical approach means that the law is seen as a norm, because the discussion uses various materials on the law. Empirical explanation that the law is seen as a social reality because in research the data search goes directly to the field. Conducted an analysis in practice on wadiah savings with a review of Islamic law in the Ja'far Medika Syari'ah Karanganyar Multipurpose Cooperative, with the analysis it is known that the conformity of Islamic law is a concept and purpose based on the Qur'an, Ijma', Hadith, as well as various fatwas issued by MUI.
