Abstract

The curriculum is a reference for carrying out all school activities,both academic and non academic. A quality school begins with the preparation of an appropriate and careful curriculum. So it can be said that,the existence of quality education is based on proper and perfect curriculum manajement. Curriculum development team (TPK) and involve stakeholders. The research method is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach.Data collection techniques are carried out by participatory observations,field observations,in depth interviews and related documentation on the subject in the form of books, school documentation, and various related sources. The results of this study indicate that there are four techniques used in the implementation process of curriculum management to improve the quality of education, namely planning, organizin, actuating, controlling. The role of stakeholders in helping the implementation of curriculum management looks real,in collaboration with the principal. There are driving factors including school committees, community leaders,teachers who are very enthusiasatic to cultivate and make quality schools in the academic and non academic fields.In addition to the driving factors there are inhibiting factors including the lack of private school facilities in the village which are still limited,The lack of aducators, especially expertise subjects.And there are too many people who play a role.
