Abstract

Health is one of the basic rights of citizens that must be fulfilled. Health facilities in Indonesia are quite adequate, but developing countries in Indonesia should still be constrained in handling health facilities efficiently. Salud wound care, one of the health service providers in the city of Surakarta complained about the inefficient system. Lack of business reach, inadequate income and less than optimal online-based promotions, these are the complaints experienced by salud wound care. The community as service recipients describes the inefficiency of health services in terms of the difficulty of the community reaching the clinic, this is in line with the community who receive salud wound care services, which are diabetes mellitus patients who have difficulty in mobilizing. These problems need an innovative solution and considering the current conditions in Indonesia are affected by the COVID-19 disease outbreak, so the Salud mobile application is made. Salud mobile applications can help increase income, help mobilize patients, so they are able to handle problems that occur. System development from manual to application, so we use the Waterfall Model Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and we implemented it into an Android application, with the React Native platform and a webserver to store all instructions and data.
