Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, labour, goverment expenditure, road infrastructure and electrical infrastructure on the gross regional domestic product in Indonesia 2015-2019. The data used in this is secondary data sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia (BPS) dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Analyzed by data panel. Based on the results of the chow test and hausman test, teh fixed effect model (FEM) is the best model. The results of the t-test show that the variabels of foreign invetment and electrical infrastructure have no effect on the gross regional domestic product. While the variables of the domestic investment, labour, goverment expenditure and electrical infrastructure have an influence on the gross regional domestic product. The f test results prove that the fixed effect model approach exists. The coefficient of determinant is 99,88%, which meas that the variation of the gross regional domestic product variable can be explained by the foreign investment, domestic investment, labour, goverment expenditure, road infrastructure and electrical infrastructure. The remaining 0,12%, explained by other independent variables not included in the model.
