Abstract

Personality is a form of expression of habits that are carried out, personality can determine the good and bad of a person, because personality will make someone do work spontaneously without first. The characteristics possessed by a person are determined by the habits carried out, while a person's habits are determined by the actions performed, the actions taken are sourced from the words conveyed, the speech is guided by the results of one's thoughts. Some important things that a person has, that's why efforts are needed so that planting starts from sitting on the bench, first the lesson that focuses on instilling in students is learning morals. Because in this lesson it is discussed about human belief in Allah SWT, God who has created all of nature and its contents, and examines one's character or behavior so that it is embedded in students who are able to understand their own abilities and provide broad benefits to the surrounding community. The purpose of this thesis research is to describe the formation of students' personalities through moral education in grade 10 at MAN 3 Ngawi. The researcher used this type of field research with a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis method used is deductive analysis. The results and discussion show that the formation of students' personalities through learning aqidah morals in grade 10 at MAN 3 Ngawi can take place conducively, personality values can be embedded in students when teachers deliver learning using 4 methods, namely: discussion method, index card match, video based learning, and practice. While the supporting factors that make the cultivation of personality in students run conducively are, most of the students already have provisions from home, especially the parents of students who send their children to madrasah schools have started the cultivation of charters to conform to the values and norms of the school. Islamic religious norms since childhood. The inhibiting factors for the formation of students' personalities through learning morals in learning are that the students of MAN 3 Ngawi have different family backgrounds and economic abilities
