Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of budgetary participation, decentralization, and work motivation on the performance of regional apparatus organizations in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Surakarta City. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study is a convenience sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to Surakarta City Regional Apparatus Organizations such as regional agencies, offices, and sub-districts. The total sample used in this study was 98 respondents. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression model and analyzed using the SPPS version 20. The results showed that budgetary participation and decentralization had a significant positive effect on organizational performance of regional devices, and work motivation had no significant effect on organizational performance of regional apparatus.
