Abstract

This Study Aims To See The Relationship Between Vocational Improvement And Self-Efficacy With Anxiety Facing The World Of Work For The Pgsd Study Program. The Method Used In This Study Is A Quantitative Method. The Data Collection Tool Used In The Likert Scale Research Is To Measure Respondents' Perceptions And Opinions Regarding Vocational Maturity, Self-Efficacy And Facing The World Of Work, The Results Of This Study Indicate That There Is A Negative Relationship With Vocational Facing The World. There Is Also A Positive Relationship Between Self-Efficacy And Anxiety In Facing The World Of Work.
