Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, work motivation, and work safety on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research is a quantitative research. The study population was all Grab drivers in the Surakarta area. The sample of this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique, namely probability sampling. The data collection method was done through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test including normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. While the hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that stress does not have a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work safety has a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of the F test show that there is a joint influence between the variables of work stress, work motivation, and work safety on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the variables of work stress, work motivation, work safety, and taxi driver performace.
