Abstract

Supply Chain Management is the integration of activities for procuring raw materials and services, converting them into semi-finished goods and final products, and delivering final products to customers. This research was conducted at PT. X Sukoharjo, one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the industry and wholesale trading of packing materials. The method used in measuring the performance of the company's Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. SCOR itself is a method developed by the Supply Chain Council (SCC) as a company that provides standardization related to Supply Chain Management (SCM). The results of the calculation of the SCM performance value of the singleface product of PT. X Sukoharjo is 76.14 which means that the overall performance of the company's SCM is in good condition, but there are still 3 KPIs that have poor scores so it is necessary to improve these KPIs. The 3 KPIs include Raw Material Inspection Time with a Snorm De Boer value of 25, Material Efficiency with a Snorm De Boer value of 58.06, and Product Delivery Timeliness with a Snorm De Boer value of 55.56
