Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic impacts on the quality of life of the people worldwide, including in Indonesia. The pandemic generally decreases the quality of life of the community, including for female workers. This study aims to describe the quality of life of female workers in Indonesia during pandemic Covid 19. The research subjects were 120 female workers from various working areas and professions. Data collection tool is WHO-QOL BREF questionnaire which was circulated through online platform. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data analysis technique was Univariate Analysis (descriptive analysis). The results of the study show that the quality of life of most of female workers in Indonesia has not been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This is evidenced by the fact that nearly half of female workers in Indonesia have a relatively good quality of life (45.84%). However, more than 50% still have moderate or low quality of life. This study suggests to the government to make policies and programs that support the female workers to increase the quality of life.
