Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the Surakarta City Hall by using the number of samples taken as many as 65 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model was carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of data analysis indicate that work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction performance and can moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance.
