Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of human resources, finance, production, and marketing in the management of the Gambyong Tea home business in Kemuning, Karanganyar Regency through the POAC management function. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic design. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation of sources and triangulation of engineering. The results of this study indicate that HR management is carried out by not establishing a staffing program, clear division of labor, providing work-related direction, as well as employee compensation and no monitoring of employee performance. Financial management is carried out with own capital as well as budgeting for production facilities, clear division of labor, use of manual bookkeping systems. as well as ultilitarian shopping patterns and no financial supervision.
