Abstract

One of the aims of education is to change the behavior of students for the better by forming a noble personality so that it can be useful for themselves and those around them as well as provisions for students to prepare them in the future in society and state life. Character education is very important to be taught to students. Because character education is education that instills and develops noble characters to students. The data collection method is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data by using two kinds of triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The interactive analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: The habit of reading juz'ama has 3 stages, namely planning. Relating to planning the implementation of religious character education through the habit of reading juz'amma before learning begins. The implementation stage is to carry out the process of activities that have been prepared in the planning using several techniques. The evaluation stage aims to see the final results of students.
