Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource development, work discipline, and emotional intelligence on employee performance at SMP Negeri 3 Magetan, East Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used the census technique with a total of 62 respondents who were employees at SMP Negeri 3 Magetan, East Java. Indonesia. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.9 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that human resource development has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
