Abstract

Sorting algorithm is a process of sorting a data with certain rules that were previously arranged randomly into an orderly sequence from the smallest or largest value. So far, the learning process is carried out using the lecture method and minimal explanation or description with tangible visualizations. In fact, the presentation of material visualization in real (tangible) is something that is interesting for students. One technology that can provide tangible visualization is Augmented Reality (AR). The aims of this research are Developing AR-based tangible media for learning the concept of sequencing algorithms. Analyzing the feasibility of AR-based tangible media for learning the concept of sequencing algorithms. This study uses the Research and Development method using the ADDIE development model (analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This learning media was tested individually to obtain the feasibility of the user, namely 1) Tried to media experts with an average value of 0.84 which was included in the appropriate category, 2) Tried to material experts with an average value of 0.83 which was included in the feasible category. , 3) blackbox test obtains a percentage of 100%, 4) compatibility test with a percentage value of 100%, then this learning media application is categorized as very feasible
