Abstract

The development of the manufacturing industry sector is growing rapidly and involves manufacturing activities. The development of this manufacturing industry also has an impact on the environment. By implementing environmentally friendly supply chain management can improve supply chain performance. This research was conducted at the Pak Bero Tofu Factory which produces both raw and ready-to-eat tofu. This study aims to determine the value of green supply chain performance and provide solutions to improve the performance of green supply chain management at the Pak Bero Tofu Factory. The method used in this study is the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR) and assisted by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). GSCOR is used to design supply chain performance assessments and AHP is used to determine the weight of each performance indicator. There are 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are used as performance measurement. The results of the study obtained the company's performance value of 62.4449 which indicates the category of average performance indicators. Of the 20 KPIs, there are 5 KPIs that have a value of <60 which are then improved.
