Abstract

This study aims to develop the personality competencies of Islamic-based PAUD teachers. This research uses research and development methods or what is commonly called research and development. Meanwhile, this research procedure uses the ADDIE development design method which consists of five stages which include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted in the cluster of 17 korwil III, Banjarsari sub-district, Surakarta. The results showed that in the needs analysis, 100% of the 37 respondents agreed to hold Islamic-based teacher personality competency development. The competence of Islamic-based PAUD teachers has dimensions of Habbluminaalloh and habluminannas. The designs and products developed were further validated by PAUD experts and religious experts, with 94% and 92% results. This shows that the resulting product is feasible to implement. The product is implemented and tested on a limited basis in two kindergartens to determine its reliability by assessing one teacher and carried out by two teachers. And tested its effectiveness on a limited basis in two kindergartens and from the results of the implementation has a high level of implementation feasibility and effectiveness testing. Implementation in TK A I is 95.4%, while in TK A II is 81.95. The effectiveness test of the development of Islamic-based PAUD teacher personal competence is in TK A I is 93.0%, and TK A II is 89.0%.
