Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance. Study conducted by BMT Bee Mass Ngawi. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents working in BMT Bee Mass Ngawi. The analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and regression analysis and by using the SPSS program. The result of this research is conclusion (1) work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, (2) work ability have positive and significant effect to employee performance, (3) work motivation and work ability have positive and significant effect to employee performance.
