Abstract

Currently, the most potential power plant is a hydropower plant. Because hydropower is very friendly to the environment and does not have a bad impact on the environment and there is a need for small-scale natural (water) power plants that can be developed independently by communities in isolated areas, so that later they can help supply electrical energy needs. This tool is called a prototype of a portable nano hydro power plant as an alternative energy source, a generator that uses water energy to charge. The Portable Nano Hydro Power Plant (PLTNH) with a weight of 1.6 kilograms that can be carried by one person is expected to provide convenience in efforts to obtain electricity in remote places where electricity is not yet available for special needs such as field surveys, water currents will rotate water turbines so that it rotates and rotates the shaft in the form of a steel axle which is connected directly to the Mini DC Generator with a voltage reaching 0.64 - 4.76 V with a rotation of 100 - 1600 RPM RPM, then the output generated from the generator flows into the step up DC-DC module. MT3608 (Dc Boost Converter) and will be increased to a maximum of 5 V. Then, the TP4056 charger module is supplied with voltage so that the charger module will charge the Lithium battery. After that, if you want to use the usb (step up boost usb module) to charge or turn on electronic devices and display battery power on the voltmeter display, you must change the position of the switch that was previously off to on.
