Abstract

sale and purchase with a payment system through credit or installments, there are often problems related to the sale and purchasing law that accompanies it, especially the unclear payment period. Because buying and selling must fulfill the pillars or there must be a party who does the contract, qabul consent and the object of the contract. This research is included in the type of field research (Field Research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject in this study is the owner of the shop. As for the data collection method, the author uses 3 methods of data collection, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the authors analyze the data and draw conclusions using deductive analysis. Then analyzed using reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions on the data collected. The results of this study include: 1) The practice of buying and selling computers on credit is carried out through three steps, namely, the first payment is paid to the shop owner. Then the second payment can be paid in cash or transfer through a bank account. And the third payment is paid to pay off the bill against computer credit installments. 2) The practice of buying and selling computer credit in Islamic law has met the requirements of buying and selling in general, there is no element of coercion between the seller and the buyer. Then, the sale and purchase is included in Bai 'Taqsit.
