Abstract

Buying and selling is a form of interaction between human beings, as an effort of the human being to maintain and fulfill his life needs. Seeing that the sale and purchase of cow's milk contains a mixture of water in Samiran Village, Selo District, Boyolali Regency. There is no difference between the breeder or the seller regarding water mixing and there is no difference between pure or impure cow's milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the view of Islamic law on the implementation of the sale and purchase of dairy cows in Desairan. Including buying and selling that is forbidden because it does not match the consent and qabul. Thus in Islamic law the sale and purchase of cow's milk carried out by farmers in Samiran Village is not legal.
