Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation rates, interest rates on firm value in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study was 13 data on food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were taken through purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). This data was analyzed using multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test processed through SPSS software version 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) inflation has a positive and significant effect on firm value 2) interest rates have a positive and significant effect on firm value. This means that all variables in financial performance will have a significant effect on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2019.
