Abstract

The research objective was to determine the planning, procurement, maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure in SMP Negeri 1 Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency. The design of this research is field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive character, namely research by collecting information about symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was carried out. Data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation / combination. The data collection is that researchers participate in the object under study, make direct observations, in-depth interviews and study documentation. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive field research using two triangulations of validity, namely: 1) Source Triangulation. This research was conducted by interviewing several different sources, namely the principal, facility and infrastructure assistant, BOS treasurer, teachers to obtain data on planning, procurement, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency; 2) Technical Triangulation. The technique used was interviews with several resource persons, namely the Principal, Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure, BOS treasurers, and teachers. Also with observation, documentation of the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency. The data analysis technique of this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions in this study are: 1) SMP Negeri 1 Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency has done things according to the indicators of the characteristics of planning, procurement, maintenance of good educational facilities and infrastructure; 2) Planning, procurement and maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency, are all carried out according to procedures and RKAS (Activity Plan and School Budget).
