Abstract

Dairy cows are one of the livestock that produces milk. The need for cow's milk is very important because cow's milk has a fairly high nutritional level. This study aims to measure supply chain performance and analyze the link with the smallest value for improvement. The research used is quantitative, data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The method used is for supply chain calculations using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model, KPI weighting is calculated using Analytical Hierarchy ProceSS (AHP). Value-added calculations using the hayami method. The results showed that the final performance value of the Dairy Cattle Farm supply chain in Mojosongo village was 82,322. This value showed that in the good category indicator, the results of the research from the calculation of added value had the least weight, namely the breeder of Rp. 284,-. After the analysis, it is necessary to improve the performance indicators as many as 3 KPIs that have low weights and improve the added value of dairy farmers so that the added value increases and can increase competitiveness.
