Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test: (1) The Effect of Current Ratio on Profit Growth, (2) The Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Profit Growth, (3) The Effect of Total Assets Turnover on Profit Growth, (4) The Effect of Net Profit Margin on Growth Profit. This type of research is associative and descriptive. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. There are 12 companies that are sampled in the study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data with analytical tools using Eviews 9 software. The analytical methods used for this research are: Panel data regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio has no effect on Profit Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Profit Growth, Total Asset Turnover has an effect on Profit Growth, and Net Profit Margin has an effect on Profit Growth.
