Abstract

The economy is an important thing in people's lives. Thus, economic growth becomes one of the important indicators in the success of a country, the existence of economic growth is an indication of the success of economic development that has been achieved by the economic sector in a certain period of time. The most important indicator in measuring economic growth is Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of Consumption, Investment, and Inflation on Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data in the type of time series data from 2000 to 2019 obtained from the World Bank, Indonesian Economic and Financial Statistics (SEKI) Bank Indonesia, scientific journals, and references that support research. The analytical method used is data analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The OLS analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that consumption and investment had a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative and significant effect.
