Abstract

PT. Lohdjinawi Widjaya is a company engaged in the semi-finished paper industry and its products will be sent to other companies with the main products being Medium Liner, Corrugating Medium, and Test liner. PT. Lohdjinawi Widjaya implements astrategy supply chain management in the implementation of its production to coordinate a network of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Implementation of the activity Of course there will be risk. It is important for companies to haverisk management supply chain properin order to survive in a risky business environment. This study uses theapproach House Of Risk (HOR)in an effort to minimize disruption to the application of supply chain risk management and create optimal performance in the supply chain. HOR has two phases where phase 1 is used to determine which risk agent will be prioritized for preventive action so that 20 risk events and 20 risk agents are obtained. While phase 2 is intended to prioritize proactive actions that must be taken by companies for mitigation actions and obtained as many as 6 risk mitigations that companies must prioritize.
