Abstract

This research focuses on the identification issue of Analysis Of The Women’s Equality In Pride And Prejudice Movie. The theory is used in this research is feminism approach by Welzel & Inglehart. The research is used qualitative descriptive. The method of collecting data in this research is watching a film and make note. The data is from two source, as follows primary data and secondary data. Pride And Prejudice Movie : A Feminist Approach is the primary data source, the secondary data are books, scholarly books, site, article, life story, film and virtual references. The research have purposes to identify the value of women equality in the story. The result of the research as follows : (1) The Principles of Gender Equality : a) Economic Stability; b) Self Expression; (2) Presentation of Women Equality of Elizabeth Character : a) Clever; b) Self-Confident; c) Creative d) Never Give Up; (3) the author addressed about feminism to told the audience that woman can be independence and make her carrier in public area.
