Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of working from home (work from home) on employee performance, (2) analyze the effect of mastering technology in moderating the relationship between work from home (work from home) on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods, the data collection process in this study was carried out using a questionnaire, and the answer model used a Likert scale assessment technique. Respondents in this study were employees of the Surakarta KPKNL. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely by using a saturated sample with a sample of 58 respondents. The data analysis technique used Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderation Test. Data processing using SPSS 25. The results showed that working from home did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mastery of technology does not moderate (strengthen) the relationship between work from home and employee performance.
