Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of product quality on online shopping interest among youth in Madegondo Village, Grogol Sukoharjo District. (2) the effect of price on online shopping interest among youth in Madegondo Village, Grogol Sukoharjo District. (3) the effect of product quality and price on online shopping interest among youth in Madegondo village, Grogol Sukoharjo district. This study used a quantitative approach to survey design. The population of this study was 100 samples taken 78. The data analysis technique used were multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, relative contribution, effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the results: Y= 8.831 + 0.284 X1 + 0.435X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.653 or 65%, meaning that product quality and price variables affect online shopping interest by 65%, while 35% is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of the study, (1) product quality has an effect on online shopping interest with the test obtained thitung > ttable that is 3,832 > 1,992 and a significant value < 0.05 which is 0.000. (2) the price has an effect on online shopping interest with the test obtained thitung > ttable which is 5.367 > 1.992 and a significant value < 0.05 which is 0.000. (3) product quality and price affect online shopping interest with the test obtained Fhitung > Ftable which is 70,585 > 3.12 and a significant value < 0.05, which is 0.000.
