Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of information quality, convenience and trust on purchasing decisions in the Surakarta community of shopee site users. The population in this study is the people of Surakarta. The sample taken is 100 Surakarta people who have made a purchase on the shopee site. The data collection method used is through the distribution of personal questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained by this study have several findings, firstly the influence of information quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the shopee site, secondly, convenience has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the shopee site, the third trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. shopee site.
