Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of website design, customer service and privacy on repurchase intention of Tokopedia customers in Surakarta. Analyze the influence of Website Design, customer service and privacy on Customer Satisfaction on Tokopedia customers in Surakarta. Analyzing the influence of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention to Tokopedia customers in Surakarta. Analyzing Customer Satisfaction mediates the influence of Website Design, Customer Service and Privacy on Repurchase Intention to Tokopedia customers in Surakarta. The population in this study were consumers who had bought through Tokopedia while the sample was 380 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of this study, it is known that web design has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Privacy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Web Design has a negative and significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer service has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Privacy has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Web design has no significant effect on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Customer service has a significant effect on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Privacy has a significant effect on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.
